Procrearte is a Premium Human Reproduction & Stem Cell Therapy Institute, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
At Procrearte International, our patients receive access to the latest technology and treatments in Assisted Reproductive Technologies (ART) coupled with premium personalized care.
We also understand the significant emotional investment required when considering and undergoing assisted conception.
Because of this, you will have your own Procrearte International Patient Department support network: accredited specialists and a team of nurse coordinators and scientists who will be there for you through every stage of your treatment to offer guidance and be available to answer your questions.
We also have a counseling service that is available to all patients of Procrearte before, during, between or after treatments. Accreditation and qualifications
Procrearte International has the following accreditations, allowing us to provide our patients with the most innovative techniques:
At Procrearte International we provide all of our services at one premium facility. At our laboratories, our biologists use the latest technologies for:
We don't just have access to the latest technologies …We pioneer them.
Here are some examples of the technologies in which our team have made significant contributions :
We have world-leading success with Day 5 Blastocyst Transfer, a technique that allows embryos to grow a little longer before being transferred back to the mother, letting us better determine which embryos have the most developmental potential to achieve a pregnancy.
Preimplantation Genetic Diagnosis (PGD)
We are one of the few centers in Latin-American with facilities to perform preimplantation genetic diagnosis (PGD) successfully. PGD allows us to choose which embryos will be transferred to the uterus based on the results of genetic tests, excluding those with an obvious genetic abnormality. The testing can increase both the chance of a genetically normal pregnancy and your chance of having a healthy baby.
Procrearte has always been at the forefront of bringing new reproductive technologies to our patients. Our multi-centre research and clinical team work together to accelerate the clinical implementation of new ART techniques. One such technology is the technique called Vitrification (for cryopreservation of oocytes and embryos). Vitrification involves the "snap-freezing" of the embryo at the blastocyst stage (day 5-7 of development) and is much less damaging than the traditional slow freeze process. The advantages of Vitrification over conventional freezing techniques are its simplicity and a 98% embryo survival rate.
The cryopreservation of human oocytes offers advantages for patients as it can be used for cycles complicated by ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome, failure to obtain sperm and to avoid synchronization issues in oocyte-donation cycles. This technology may also be used for fertility preservation with patients faced with a diagnosis of cancer and subsequent chemotherapy and/or radiotherapy. Reliable and safe oocyte preservation is also essential for research on somatic cell nuclear transfer to be used for the development of new therapeutics for diseases such as Parkinson's, and diabetes. Once again, we are leading in the implementation of safe and reliable modern ART techniques and maintaining Procrearte world class clinical service, through cutting edge research and development.
Our Success Rate
Often we see patients who have undergone a number of unsuccessful treatments elsewhere. Around 30% of our patients try fertility treatments at other clinics elsewhere before coming to us.
Over 2,000 cycles are performed annually at Procreate International by our biologists who are some of the best trained and most experienced in the world.
Our data shows that of all patients who underwent treatment elsewhere and then came to Procrearte International, 80% had a baby under our care, achieving pregnancy within three stimulated cycles. For patients who undergo the Egg Donation program, the success rate was 55% for a single cycle.
The patient care at Procrearte International is not just limited to the excellence of our clinicians, embryologists and the high percentages of take-home-baby rate. The high nurse patient ratio means you have a dedicated team ready to offer information, support and advice whenever you need it. You will also have your own designated physician who will guide you through all of your procedures.
Why consider Argentina for an ART?
As with other corners of the New World, Argentina has a rich history of European immigration. Following the arrival of the initial Spanish colonists, over 6 million Europeans migrated to Argentina from the mid-1800’s to the mid-1900’s. Argentina was second only to the United States in the number of European immigrants received. More recently, small populations of Middle Easterners and East Asians have also settled in Argentina, mainly in Buenos Aires. This wide ethnography, allows Procreate to provide one of the world’s most diverse Egg Donor programs.
And traveling to Buenos Aires offers a myriad unique cultural, outdoor, shopping and dining experiences to savor. From exploring the many different neighborhoods like San Telmo with its exquisite antique shops to the beautiful parks and botanical gardens of Palermo to the glamorous boutique shopping, nightlife and upscale dining in Palermo Soho and Recoleta…
Buenos Aires has it all… How about a private yoga session or tango lessons, a golf outing to a Jack Nicklaus signature course or joining Argentines for a Soccer and Polo match? The possibilities are as unlimited as your interests and curiosity and our Guest Service Concierge will be happy to make recommendations and reservations…
You will fall in love with Argentina and its stylish capital along the banks of the Rio de la Plata. Tree lined boulevards and Belle Epoque architecture give it a Paris like elegance while the colorful sounds and sights all around you are a distinct mix of Latin feel and European sophistication. This stunningly beautiful metropolis of 12 million people draws record numbers of visitors every year.
